Smruti Sushilkumar Shinde, aged 54 years, is the Chairperson, Managing Director, and one of the Promoters of our Company. She has a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Mumbai and is a member of the Indian Film & TV Producers Council (IFTPC). She established the Company and serves as its Managing Director and Promoter. She identifies and selects narratives that surpasses traditional entertainment boundaries, guiding the Company’s evolution into a distinguished production house. Her leadership has positioned the Company to receive notable recognition from both industry and audiences.

Harvindar Singh Arora, aged 56 years, is the Executive Director, Chief Executive Officer, and one of the Promoters of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Sydenham College of Commerce & Economics, University of Mumbai. His leadership has helped the Company grow by focusing on quality, efficiency, and new ideas. He has a background in media production and manages costs, selects teams, and completes projects on time and within budget.

With over 35 years of diverse experience spanning multiple industries—from manufacturing to consulting, and most notably, media and entertainment—Harvindar is a proven leader in managing large-scale deployments, business modeling, and strategic partnerships. A graduate of Sydenham, Harvindar thrives in environments that require a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and operational excellence.
As a Director at SOBO Films since 2022, Harvindar has been instrumental in overseeing and executing large, pan-India content projects and programming. His leadership has been pivotal in driving the company’s year-on-year growth through an unyielding commitment to creativity, quality, and process optimization. He has successfully streamlined production processes, accelerated script incubation, and leveraged his strong industry relationships to boost output and enhance content quality.

JAWAHAR SHARMA
Non-executive Independent Director
Jawahar Sharma, aged 54 years, is the Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. He has completed his Bachelor in Commerce from the University of Mumbai and Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Melbourne.
He is an independent Producer, Advisor & Manager since past many years. He was the Executive Producer of the Netflix Original film, “Upstarts” (2019). He is the founder and designated partner in Wisteria Entertainment LLP which is in the business of providing talent and business advisory services in media and entertainment and in 2024 he founded a Film Distribution Company namely Eastern Edge Films Inc.
SANJAY KUMAR RASIKLAL DOSHI
Non-executive Independent Director
Sanjay Kumar Rasiklal Doshi, aged 57 years, is a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company. He is a Company Secretary, Cost and Works Accountant and a Graduate from Mumbai University. He has 25 years of experience in the field of due diligence for Mergers & Acquisitions, Foreign Direct Investment, Initial Public Offering, Stock Exchange Listing Procedure, SEBI Matters, Strategic, Tactical and Operational issues and Corporate Governance.
SACHIN BHAIDAS NAGARALE
Non-executive Independent Director
Sachin Bhaidas Nagarale, aged 48 years, is the Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company. He is a Graduate in Economics from Fergusson College, University of Pune (1997), and has a Master of Science degree in International Marketing from Strathclyde University, Glasgow. Over the past 23 years, he has cultivated a versatile career across international trade, infrastructure contracting, environmental engineering, and hospitality. As a serial entrepreneur, he thrives on innovation and has consistently pioneered creative solutions to drive growth and sustainability across industries. His passion for environmental sustainability, design, and creativity drives his work because he believe that in the near future, technology’s convergence with many industries will bring forth previously unheard-of chances and wealth.
